The UQ Tailings Innovation Summit brings together world-leading innovators from the mining industry, academic institutions, technology providers and the finance sector with policy makers, regulators, communities and civil society organisations.

Hosted in partnership with the International Council on Mining and Metals, it focuses on cross sector dialogue to advance responsible tailings management and zero harm through innovation.

The summit builds on the outcomes of the MIT Global Summit on Mine Tailings Innovation in 2024.
