It’s the perception that discourages many businesses, especially those in hard to abate sectors, from investing in new low carbon materials and technologies to accelerate decarbonisation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. The path to lower emissions can be paved with Government incentives, R&D funding, investment opportunities, and ultimately growth for the business at large.
We have invited business leaders, investors and government officials to talk about their approaches to R&D and innovation. The discussion will focus on investment strategies and innovative financing options to overcome the barriers to achieving Australia’s decarbonisation goals.
